Welcome

These Terms of Service govern your use of oly.run, operated by Oly Software. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our service.

What We Do

oly.run is a web platform where you can purchase and run AI-powered workflows that produce text-based deliverables. You choose a workflow, provide your inputs, and receive polished output — things like blog posts, business documents, marketing copy, and more.

Our workflows are constructed by Oly Software and may use assistance from major AI models (i.e. Anthropic's Claude AI, Google Gemini, etc.). Each workflow is designed to produce a specific type of deliverable, and your inputs guide the final result.

Accounts

You can use some workflows without creating an account. However, an account is required for subscriptions, order history, and accessing saved deliverables.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're also responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payment Terms

We offer two ways to pay:

• Per-run pricing: Individual workflows cost between $5 and $25 per run, depending on the workflow. You pay once and receive your deliverable.
• Subscriptions: Monthly plans at $29/month or $49/month that include a set number of workflow runs and additional features. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD.

Refunds: If a workflow fails to complete or encounters a technical error that prevents delivery, you'll receive a full refund. We do not offer refunds for completed workflow runs, since output is generated and delivered to you instantly. If you're unhappy with a result, please contact us — we want to make it right.

AI-Generated Content

All deliverables produced by oly.run are generated by artificial intelligence. While we design our workflows to produce high-quality, useful output, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information.

Our output is not professional advice. It should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or any other form of expert counsel. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content before using it for any purpose.

Intellectual Property

Your output: You own the deliverables generated from your workflow runs. Once you've paid for a run, the resulting text is yours to use however you like.

Our platform: Oly Software owns the oly.run platform, brand, workflow designs, prompt engineering, and all associated technology. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our workflows.

Examples and showcasing: We may use anonymized, non-identifiable examples of generated output to demonstrate our platform's capabilities. We will never share your personal inputs or identify you without permission.

Watermark Policy

Deliverables generated on free or basic tiers may include a small oly.run watermark or attribution line. If you need clean, unbranded output, our Agency plan removes all watermarks and branding from your deliverables.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use oly.run to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Produce content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the platform beyond normal use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our workflows or underlying prompts
• Resell access to the platform or share account credentials
• Overwhelm our systems with excessive requests or abuse the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

oly.run is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oly Software's total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using oly.run at any time. If you have a subscription, you can cancel it from your account settings — you'll retain access through the end of your billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you, except in cases requiring immediate action.

Marketplace (Coming Soon)

We plan to introduce a marketplace where third-party creators can publish and sell their own workflows on oly.run. When this feature launches, additional terms will govern the relationship between buyers, creators, and the platform. We'll update these terms accordingly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of oly.run after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of oly.run shall be resolved in the courts of Washington state.
